Eat foods that are high in omega-3 and fiber, this is one way of counteracting the damage done by all the fast food items you’ve consumed over the years. These types of food help lower cholesterol levels and eventually lower your risk of acquiring heart disease. Also, avoid instant food for they are high in unsaturated fat which is also the main contributor to high cholesterol levels. Don’t allow society to fool you into thinking that eating fast food on a regular basis is not that bad.
