Here is a trick most people do not know – in bodybuilding, you do not necessarily have to eat larger meals three times a day but instead eating about 6 meals of smaller portions is the way to go.

The frequency with which you take meals is considered one of the most important factors of any nutritional program. If this is done right then the fat would be burnt quicker and hence build muscle and be well on the way to having the body you’ve always wanted.
